How do I find my propeller references ?
Use our propeller search engine based on brand, power, but also propeller diameter and pitch.
On your old propeller, you should be able to find numbers, here is what they correspond to :
2 numbers with this format : 14X21
- The 1st number "14" is the propeller diameter
- The 2nd "21" is the propeller pitchThe 2nd "21" is the propeller pitch
3 numbers with this format : 3X13X21
- The 1st number "3" is the number of blades
- The 2nd number "13" is the propeller diameter
- The last number "21" is the propeller pitch

On each product sheet, you will find detailed photos, a complete description and the non-exhaustive list of motors compatible with this part.
However, it is possible that this is the correct part, but that we have not indicated the year of your engine because we do not have all the manufacturer data in our possession. We can verify this information for you, if you provide us with the brand, power, cycle (2 Stroke or 4 Stroke) and serial number of your engine.
Check that the photo corresponds to that of your old part because the photos on our site are the real photos of the parts, they are contractual.

We distribute the 2 types of parts, original manufacturer parts and adaptable parts.
The original manufacturer's parts have the mention “original part” on the product sheets.
Please note that we select all the adaptable parts available on our website ourselves for their quality. Moreover, our adaptable parts are guaranteed between 2 and 4 years, depending on the parts. We would not offer such long guarantees if we were not sure about the quality of our parts.

You can request a return for the part you received by opening an after-sales service request from your customer account.

On your last order, click on REPORT A PROBLEM and fill out the form that appears on the screen.
We identify your orders and your customer account from the email address that was used during your registration. If you use another email address to contact us, we will not be able to identify you and processing your request will take much longer.

It depends :
- if we deliver to you by mistake (which is very rare) a part different from the one you ordered, we will cover the return costs.
- in the event of an error on your part, or if you have changed your mind, the transport costs linked to the return of the product remain your responsibility.
Be sure to return the part to our after-sales service address provided to you when you requested assistance.
We do not collect packages sent to post office or relay points without prior agreement from us.
The refund will be made in the same way as payment for your order was made.
So, if you paid for your order by credit card, your bank account will be credited and if you paid by PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
However, we can exceptionally ask you for your bank account details to reimburse you by wire transfer.
You will receive your refund within approximately 72 hours from receipt and validation of your return by our customer service.
In the event of an error on your part when placing your order, or if you have changed your mind, shipping costs are not refunded, only the price of the part is refunded to you.
If the returned part contains dirt, assembly marks or impact marks, penalties of between 30% and 60% of the value of the part will be applied, or the return will be refused and the part will be returned to you at your expense.
